I fell completely in love with the cozy lodge decor! The indoor/outdoor pool was such a fun splash for the kids and perfect for relaxation. And oh my goodness, the hot tub was the ultimate cherry on top of this lovely experience!

The room was clean and had a nice cowboy theme, which I loved. The bed was super comfortable, and the electric fireplace added great ambiance. However, the steam shower wasn't for me, and the low showerhead was a struggle. Plus, the key cards were a hassle. they didn't work half the time. The breakfast was okay, but they couldn’t keep up with the crowd. Overall, a mixed bag.

The spacious family suite provided ample room for our college visit, making our stay comfortable. However, a dirty room and torn blinds drastically affected our experience, alongside a managing staff that was unhelpful and rude during our check-in and checkout. While the hotel decor impressed, the service left much to be desired, overshadowing an otherwise promising stay.
